Donna LaJuan Bogan Blincoe Vigeon

Donna LaJuan Bogan Blincoe Vigeon, of Beaumont, Texas, passed away on July 15, 2024, at the age of 74. Born on November 17, 1949, to Patsy Ann and Ben Allen Bogan, Donna was a devoted and faithful member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Beaumont Chapter #71, where she found a community of friends and shared many cherished moments. Donna was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Curtis Allen Bogan. She was the beloved wife of Arthur A. Vigeon Jr., with whom she shared many years of companionship and love. Throughout her life, Donna was known for her unwavering commitment to her beliefs and her community. Her involvement with the Order of the Eastern Star brought her immense joy and fulfillment. She will be remembered for her kindness, her strength, and her dedication to the values she held dear. Donna touched the lives of many through her service and friendship. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew her and in the community, she served so faithfully.Donna is survived by her brothers and sister, Wayne Bogan, Jerry Bogan, and Janis Sibert; her children, LaJuan Frazier, James Allen Blincoe, Tim and Katrina Blincoe, Vanessa Vigeon, and Sharleen and Willie Newman; along with numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at the Masonic Lodge #1165, 8175 Gladys Ave. in Beaumont on July 27th at 2pm, where family, friends, and members of the Order of the Eastern Star will gather to celebrate her life and honor her memory.
