Phyllis Kay Lowe, 67, of Orange, Texas, passed away on July 25, 2024, in Beaumont, Texas.
Born in Orange, Texas, on April 7, 1957, she was the daughter of James Howard Lowe and Lou Alice Peery Lowe. Phyllis's life was a testament to her unwavering love for her family. Her caring nature extended beyond her immediate family as she touched the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing her. In addition to being an exceptional caregiver, Phyllis had a talent for bringing joy and laughter to those around her. Her playful spirit and silliness were endearing qualities that made her presence light up any room. Whether through a joke or a kind gesture, she had a way of making everyone feel special. Phyllis also loved gathering to share meals and play games with her family, creating many lasting memories. Phyllis will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and kindness that will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James Howard and Lou Alice Lowe; and her brothers, Michael Anthony Lowe, and Howard Wayne Lowe.
She is survived by her son, Eric Wade Lowe; her brothers, Vernon Lowe, David Lowe, and Steve Lowe and wife, Petra; her beloved cats, Ruby and Missy; and numerous loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, family members, and friends.
Cremation will be held under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
